USPS is unpredictable and often times will deliver mail without updating tracking and sometimes they fail at doing that. This is unfortunately a common practice of USPS and we sympathize with you that it sucks. Please understand that there is nothing
that we can do after we drop them off, USPS will not let us behind the counter to sleuth around for your package. We've tried, they don't like it. They will probably call the Police again. We will get you squared away if they fail to deliver it.
